Notes
Immission control law serves to protect people and the environment (animals, plants, soil, water, climate, etc.) from harmful environmental impacts, e.g. in the form of noise, air pollution, light, radiation, etc.
This includes the issuing and enforcement of permits and orders as well as the monitoring of installations requiring and not requiring approval in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and the associated ordinances as well as the Bavarian Immission Control Act (BayImSchG).
One area of this is waste law, which is divided into state waste law (here at the district office) and municipal waste law (WGV Recycling GmbH).
