If you operate an installation that does not require a permit and uses solvents and exceeds the threshold values in Annex I of the 31st BImSchV for the first time, you must notify the responsible immission control authority in advance.
The obligation to notify applies to all installations not requiring a permit that are already in operation. The solvent consumption must exceed the threshold values according to Annex I of the 31st BImSchV for the first time.
The activity according to Annex II of the 31st BImSchV is decisive for the threshold value.

You operate a plant whose solvent consumption exceeds the threshold values in Annex I of the 31st BImSchV for the first time.
Deadlines
