Immission control; notification of the commissioning of a filling station

• Section 5, Paragraph 1 of the Twenty-First Ordinance Implementing the Federal Clean Air Act (Ordinance on the Limitation of Hydrocarbon Emissions During the Refueling of Motor Vehicles—21st BImSchV)

• You must file your complaint with the environmental protection agency with jurisdiction over your area.
• They will check your advertisement.
• If necessary, the competent environmental protection agency will request additional documents from you.

You are committing an administrative offense if you do not submit the notification or do not submit it correctly, completely or on time.

There is no statutory processing deadline.
