If you wish to commission an installation that does not require a permit with a solvent consumption above the threshold values, you must notify the responsible immission control authority in advance.
The obligation to notify applies to all installations that do not require a permit and whose solvent consumption exceeds the threshold values in Annex I of the 31st BImSchV.
The threshold value is determined by the activity according to Annex II of the 31st BImSchV.

You wish to commission a system whose solvent consumption exceeds the threshold values in Annex I of the 31st BImSchV.
Deadlines
You must submit the notification prior to the intended commissioning of the system.
