Immission control; notification of the commissioning of an installation not requiring a permit with a solvent consumption above the threshold values

If you wish to commission an installation that does not require a permit with a solvent consumption above the threshold values, you must notify the responsible immission control authority in advance.
The obligation to notify applies to all installations that do not require a permit and whose solvent consumption exceeds the threshold values in Annex I of the 31st BImSchV.
The threshold value is determined by the activity according to Annex II of the 31st BImSchV.
 

You wish to commission a system whose solvent consumption exceeds the threshold values in Annex I of the 31st BImSchV.

You must submit the notification prior to the intended commissioning of the system.

There are no costs.

None. The administrative service is a real act against which no legal remedy is possible.

• You submit your notification with the relevant data for the system to the authority responsible for you
• The competent authority will examine your notification
• If necessary, the competent authority will request further documents from you

You are committing an administrative offense if you do not submit the notification or do not submit it correctly, completely or on time.

There is no processing deadline.
