All topics relating to health promotion, pregnancy counseling, infection protection, hygiene, environmental medicine, expert opinions, school health care, FQA, animal health law, animal disease control, animal by-products, animal welfare, catering and food law, food hygiene, animal foodstuffs, veterinary medicinal products, feed monitoring, ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections, commercial law.
Due to the diversity of the area of responsibility, there is a head of department for the health sector, one for the veterinary and consumer protection sector and a legal head for legal enforcement.
