The FQA (Fachstelle Pflege- und Behinderteneinrichtungen - Qualitätsentwicklung und Aufsicht) acts independently on the basis of the Care and Residential Quality Act (PfleWoqG). The aim is to ensure that the interests and needs of residents are protected and safeguarded.
The FQA is a multi-professional team and helps with questions relating to nursing and educational care in the facilities in its area of responsibility.
The FQA is responsible for adults in:
- Inpatient care facilities
- Outpatient assisted living communities
- Special forms of integration assistance (inpatient facilities for people with disabilities)
- Assisted living groups (outpatient living arrangements for people with disabilities)
If you have any complaints or reports of grievances, please contact the responsible employees of the FQA Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen (anonymously if necessary).
The FQA
- advises residents, relatives, facilities and their providers as well as other stakeholders
- ensures compliance with defined quality standards in care and support
- follows up complaints immediately
- carries out ad hoc and unannounced checks
The following quality requirements, among others, are monitored:
- Appropriate nursing care
- Social support
- Ensuring participation
- Participation opportunities and support planning
- Minimum personnel requirements
- Minimum structural requirements
