Notes
Department 64 is responsible for the enforcement of the entire trade law with the associated ancillary laws and ordinances (with the exception of the acceptance of trade registrations, de-registrations and re-registrations), the Act to Combat Illegal Employment, the Crafts Code, the Shop Closing Hours Act, the Pharmacy, Infection Protection, Health Protection and Alternative Practitioners Act, the Infection Protection Act, the Drinking Water Ordinance and the Administrative Offenses Act for the above-mentioned legal areas as well as the Medicinal Products Act in the area of over-the-counter medicines.
In addition, the BayPsychKHG is enforced in the area of accommodation and the Burial Act is enforced with regard to burials outside a cemetery.
