Notes
The area of responsibility of Division 34 comprises four areas of law: Weapons law, explosives law, hunting law and fishing law. The authority acts as the lower enforcement and supervisory authority in each case.
The general rulings on the use of silencers, the revocation of the general ruling on the use of night vision technology for hunting wild boar and the prohibition on entering game feeding areas in state and private hunting grounds can be found on the website under Central Information in the Legal and Finance section.
