Notes
The area of responsibility of Division 34 comprises four areas of law: Weapons law, explosives law, hunting law and fishing law. The authority acts as the lower enforcement and supervisory authority in each case.
The general orders regarding the repeal of the general order on the use of night-vision technology for hunting wild boar and the prohibitions on entering areas where game is fed in state and private hunting grounds can be found on the website “Regulations and General Orders: Firearms, Hunting, and Fisheries Administration.”
