Brief description
If you manufacture weapons commercially and/or trade in weapons, you must report the commencement or cessation of operations.
Description
The commencement or cessation of the commercial manufacture and/or trade of weapons must be reported to the competent weapons authority.
Failure to do so constitutes an administrative offense under Section 53 (1) (8) of the Weapons Act.
Prerequisites
The weapons manufacturing license or weapons trading license must have been issued.
Deadlines
The notification must be made within two weeks of the start or cessation of operation.
