Citizens for Citizens: Wolfratshausen Neighborhood Assistance Association
In our "Helping People Help Themselves" program, we create a safe space for dialogue, mutual support, and new perspectives.
In doing so, we support the body, mind, and spirit equally—because true quality of life can only be achieved when all three are in harmony.
Whether dealing with loneliness, stress, or times of change—in our group programs, participants find understanding, guidance, and practical ideas for self-care in their daily lives.
Together, you’ll experience how valuable it is to feel supported and to draw strength from the community.
Our goal is to encourage people in various life situations to take action themselves—to foster greater inner strength, connection, and well-being.

Caritas – A project for women, by women.
Working Together Toward Self-Confidence and Growth.
Together, we’ll learn German, cook, go on outings, and get to know women from different cultures. We’ll support you with a wide range of topics, such as health, school, work, and government agencies… The project is based on valuable collaboration with volunteers and cultural interpreters.

SchuTz e.V. is an association for gay men and lesbians in Bad Tölz and the Oberland. The association was founded on March 11, 1994, and has since offered people in the district the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.
We also offer counseling for lesbians, gay men, and their families via email.
We meet twice a month to spend time together, chat, and stay in touch.

Grief is the natural reaction to the loss of a loved one.
At the beginning of my grieving process, I thought I had everything under control. Suddenly, all I felt was loneliness, emptiness, and a sense of being misunderstood. I’m discovering a side of myself I didn’t know existed.
