Notes
The district financial administration consists of the treasury department and the district treasury.
The treasurer's office prepares, plans and manages the district's budget. The treasurer reports to the district council, which approves the budget:

- Investment management with investment controlling
- Budget preparation / budget planning, regional budget and budget
- for the Zweckverband Planungsverband Region Oberland
- Budget implementation
- Annual financial statements and annual accounts
- Property management (except school and administrative buildings)

The district treasury handles all payment transactions - whether cash or non-cash - for the district administration office.
It also performs the following additional tasks within the district administration office:
- accounting and digital document collection; this includes
- posting all payment transactions (deposits, withdrawals,
clearings, transfers and offsetting) and - document collection and digital archiving of all accounting documents
