District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. On Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the district administration office, Prof.-Max-Lange-Platz 1, Bad Tölz, professional caregiver Michael Willacker will explain what needs to be considered when dissolving an apartment or moving into a home using a guide.

Numerous questions arise, such as termination of the tenancy agreement and utility contracts, who needs to be informed, what deadlines need to be observed, what costs will be incurred and who will cover them if the worst comes to the worst? What should happen to the furniture, etc.?
