WenDo taster course on January 23 - ABSAGE

Event in the Women's Friday series

Bad Tölz district. Under the motto "Self-confident and strong", a WenDo taster course will take place on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 2 to 5:30 pm. The event is part of the "Women's Friday" series of events organized by the Kreisbildungswerk in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Office and the Health Department at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office.

WenDo is a self-assertion and self-defense method developed by women for women and girls. The course teaches basic elements such as inner attitude, physical techniques and inner determination. All women are welcome, regardless of previous experience or physical condition. Participants will be led by trainer Jasmin Barnes, a social worker and trauma educator.

The course costs 15 euros and is held at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district administration office, Prof.-Max-Lange-Platz 1 in Bad Tölz. Registration is possible directly by e-mail to info@kbw-toelz-wor.de or via the homepage of the Kreisbildungswerk www.kbw-toelz-wor.de.
