Public service of the administrative decision on the intervention dated June 3, 2026, Ref. No. 33-WOR-RS / WOR-LO14, pursuant to Art. 41 of the Bavarian Administrative Procedure Act (BayVwVfG) in conjunction with Art. 15(1), sentence 1, no. 1, and (2) of the Administrative Enforcement Act (VwZVG).
- The current whereabouts of the aforementioned recipient are unknown.
Attempts to deliver the above-mentioned notice by post to the address given were unsuccessful, as were subsequent investigations into the current whereabouts.
The above-mentioned document is therefore served publicly in accordance with Art. 15 VwZVG.
The decision dated June 3, 2026, Ref. No. 33-WOR-RS / WOR-LO14, is on file with the Wolfratshausen Registration Office of the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office,
Geltinger Str. 27, 82515 Wolfratshausen, during office hours for collection by the person concerned.
Special reference is made to the fact that public notification can set deadlines in motion (e.g. time limit for appeals), after the expiry of which there is a risk of loss of rights (cf. Art. 15 Para. 2 Sentence 3 VwZVG).
Pursuant to Art. 15 para. 2 sentence 6 VwZVG, the decision is deemed to have been served publicly if two weeks have passed since the day on which the notification was published.
