Public transport taster day on September 21, 2025 - free travel in the district and beyond
As part of European Mobility Week, everyone is invited to use the bus services in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district free of charge for one day on September 21, 2025. This applies to all MVV regional, express and city buses - on all routes, even beyond the district boundaries.

The offer is aimed at all regular public transport users and those who would like to discover bus travel for the first time. There is no need to register or buy a ticket - just get on and go. No stress, no searching for a parking space - just climate-friendly, convenient and flexible.

The districts of Starnberg and Fürstenfeldbruck are also holding a public transport taster day on September 21 and the motto is: Just get in, set off and enjoy!
The public transport taster day was launched in 2023 with the aim of making public transport a convenient, environmentally friendly and flexible alternative to the car - not only in everyday life, but also in leisure time. It is part of the Europe-wide initiative for sustainable mobility, which takes place annually in September.
