Fee regulations of the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen for parking fees at the Ambach recreation area

The district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen issues the following fee statutes based on Art. 1 and 8 of the Municipal Tax Act (KAG) in the version published on April 4, 1993 (GVBl. p. 264, BayRS 2024-1-I), last amended by § 1 of the law of December 9, 2024 (GVBl p. 573):

§ 1 Scope of application

  1. The district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen charges fees for the use of the parking lots at the Ambach recreation area on Lake Starnberg all year round in accordance with these fee regulations.
  2. The fee regulations apply to all parking areas in the Ambach recreation area, in the Münsing municipal area (P North, P South 1, 2 and 3 see appendix) in accordance with the user regulations for the parking spaces at the recreation area.

§ 2 Debtor of fees

The driver of the parked vehicle is liable for the fee.

§ 3 Origin and due date of the fee debt

  1. The fee debt arises and becomes due when a vehicle is parked in one of the chargeable parking spaces in accordance with § 1 Para. 2 of these regulations.
  2. Parking tickets are not transferable. They will not be replaced if lost.

§ 4 Fee rate and parking times

  1. The user fee is charged all year round.
  2. The fee for the period from April 1 to October 31 per motor vehicle or motorcycle is as follows

up to 2 hours 2,00 Euro,

up to 6 hours 6,00 Euro,

from 6 hours (daily fee) 8,00 Euro.

In the period from November 1 to March 31, a flat fee of EUR 2.00 is charged as a daily fee per motor vehicle or motorcycle.

  1. The maximum period of use according to § 2 of the user regulations for the parking spaces applies.
  2. The parking fee must be paid at the parking machines provided.
  3. During the parking period, the parking ticket must be displayed in a clearly visible area in the vehicle.
  4. Upon application, the District Office may allow an exception to § 3 in individual cases and charge a special fee. The exception must be granted in writing; it may be subject to conditions or revoked at any time.

§ 5 Exemption from fees

  1. Drivers with an official disabled person's pass and the license plates aG, Bl and H as well as emergency vehicles are exempt from paying the user fee.
  2. There is no entitlement to a free parking space.

§ 6 Payment of fees and validity

  1. The fee is paid by purchasing a parking ticket.
  2. The parking tickets are only valid on the day of issue and lose their validity when you leave the designated parking zone.

§ 7 Entry into force

These fee regulations shall enter into force on the day following their publication in the official gazette of the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.
