Care support center
The care support center at the Bad Tölz district office is available to answer all questions relating to care. The advice offered is neutral, independent and free of charge.
The tasks of the care support center are
- Advice on the benefits provided by the care insurance fund or health insurance fund
- Support with the application and preparation for the care assessment
- Information on help and support services in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen
- Coordination of nursing care if required
- Referral to other advice centers - guide function
- Advice in person, by telephone and in writing and, if required, as a home visit
The consultations take place in the Bad Tölz district office. We also offer consultations every 14 days on Tuesday mornings in Wolfratshausen and Geretsried and one Wednesday morning a month in Benediktbeuern.
All rooms are barrier-free. Please make an appointment.
Mobile assistance for the elderly
As our Mobile Senior Citizens' Assistance and the tasks of the Care Support Center overlap, the Care Support Center team takes on both tasks.
The colleagues work on a socio-spatial basis and have the following responsibilities:
Social area North with the municipalities of Wolfratshausen, Icking, Egling, Münsing, Eurasburg: Gabi Strauhal
Central social area with the municipalities of Geretsried, Dietramszell, Königsdorf: Barbara Stefan
Loisachtal social area with the municipalities of Schlehdorf, Kochel am See, Benediktbeuern, Bichl, Bad Heilbrunn: Yvonne Maily
Southern social area with the municipalities of Bad Tölz, Lenggries, Jachenau, Gaißach, Wackersberg, Greiling, Reichersbeuern, Sachsenkam: Tine Wachhausen

If the care services provided by the care insurance funds are not enough - help with care
As care insurance is a partial benefit insurance, a private co-payment for care services may be necessary. Anyone who cannot afford the necessary care services can apply for care assistance. The district of Upper Bavaria is responsible for this: People with care needs / District of Upper Bavaria
