Immission control; information for the public


Due to various legal requirements, the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office fulfills its publication and disclosure obligations. These are published from time to time and/or updated regularly.

These include, among others:

  • Disclosures in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Information Act (UIG)
  • Announcement of the presentation of the application documents in the formal approval procedure pursuant to Section 10 (3) sentence 1 of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)
  • Publication of decisions in the formal approval procedure in accordance with Section 10 (7) and (8) BImSchG
  • Publication of documents for installations in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive 2010/75/EU (IE Directive) pursuant to Section 10 (8a) BImSchG
  • Announcement in accordance with Section 17 (1a) BImSchG on a planned subsequent order of emission limits for installations subject to licensing in accordance with the IE Directive
  • Publication of monitoring reports in accordance with Section 52a (5) BImSchG for installations subject to licensing in accordance with the IE Directive

Announcements in accordance with Section 10 (8a) BImSchG (approval notices)

Pursuant to Section 10 (8a) BlmSchG, the permit notices and the name of the BAT reference document applicable to the installation must be published on the Internet for installations in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive. This applies to notices issued since January 7, 2013, but not to permits issued earlier.
