New hunting year begins on April 1 - hunting license renewals already possible

Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district. The new hunting year begins on April 1. So that all hunters can start well prepared, the Lower Hunting Authority would like to point out that hunting licenses can be extended with immediate effect.

The Lower Hunting Authority recommends applying for the extension early to ensure a smooth start to the new hunting year. The application and the documents required for the extension can be found at www.lra-toelz.de/34js.

There are three ways to extend your hunting license.

If you have a BayernID or an activated ID card, you can apply online. However, the original hunting license must be sent by post to the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office, Lower Hunting Authority, Prof.-Max-Lange-Platz 1, 83646 Bad Tölz, as the renewal is carried out with an imprint on the hunting license.

If you do not have a BayernID or an activated ID card, you can print out the application and submit it by post to the Lower Hunting Authority at the District Office together with the required documents.

The hunting license can also be extended by making an appointment in person. This can be booked at www.lra-toelz.de/34js. After successful booking, applicants will receive a confirmation email, which is valid as access authorization for the booked appointment and must be presented at the main entrance (printout or smartphone).
