Attempts to deliver the above-mentioned notice by post to the address given were unsuccessful, as were subsequent investigations into the current whereabouts.
The above-mentioned document is therefore served publicly in accordance with Art. 15 VwZVG.
The notification dated 26.08.2025, AZ. 33-WOR-RS / TÖL-ET20, is available for collection by the person concerned at the Wolfratshausen licensing authority of the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district office, Geltinger Str. 27, 82515 Wolfratshausen, during office hours.
Special reference is made to the fact that public service may set deadlines in motion (e.g. time limit for appeals), after the expiry of which there may be a risk of loss of rights (see Art. 15 Para. 2 Sentence 3 VwZVG).
Pursuant to Art. 15 Para. 2 Sentence 6 VwZVG, the notification is deemed to have been served publicly if two weeks have passed since the day on which the notification was published.
