Immission control; transmission of information prior to changes to an incident-relevant operating area

If you wish to put an upper-tier operating area into operation, you must provide the competent authority with the information required to draw up external alarm and emergency plans in advance.
The information is required by the competent civil protection authority for the preparation of emergency plans.
 

• You are the operator of an upper class operating area
• You want to make an accident-relevant change to your operating area.
   

Information required to create external alarm and hazard plans.

There are no costs.

None. The administrative service is a real act against which no legal remedy is possible.

• You submit the required information to the competent authority.
• The competent authority will receive and check your information.
• If further information is required, the authorities will contact you.
   

If you do not provide the information or do not provide it correctly, completely or on time, you are committing an administrative offense.

There is no statutory processing time.
