Housing commitment for subsidized housing; request for confirmation

Landlords, tenants and apartment seekers can have it confirmed that an apartment is no longer considered publicly subsidized.

Apartment seekers can also have it confirmed that the apartment is a publicly subsidized apartment.

The responsible body must confirm in writing to the authorized person/landlord the date from which the apartment is no longer considered to be subsidized. If a legitimate interest is asserted, tenants and home seekers can also request such confirmation.

At the request of a person seeking accommodation, the competent authority must confirm in writing whether the accommodation they wish to use is newly created publicly subsidized accommodation.
