Outpatient care services; application for municipal funding

Outpatient care services that provide home care for people in need of care can apply for funding from the responsible district office or the responsible independent city in accordance with the relevant guidelines. This is a voluntary service.

The district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen provides financial support to outpatient care services in accordance with the "Guideline for the support of outpatient care infrastructures in the district" and the general budgetary provisions (in particular Art. 23, 44 BayHO and Art. 55 LkrO). Funding is provided without legal entitlement within the framework of the budget funds made available (Art. 74 Para. 1 S. 2 AGSG in conjunction with § 68 Para. 2 AVSG).

In addition to funding for the calculated full-time employees (flat-rate employee allowance), the funding for outpatient care services includes, in particular, financial support for journeys to municipalities or parts of municipalities with higher travel costs (travel allowance). The funding is granted retroactively for the previous calendar year. Funding is only provided in connection with the provision of home care assistance in accordance with SGB XI.
