If the district awards contracts for the construction and conversion of the district's own open spaces, the District Advisory Service for Horticulture and Landscape Conservation is responsible for the planning, construction management and invoicing of these projects.
Tasks include
- Advice and technical support for the municipalities and the district in matters of landscape and green space planning and the examination of drafts and plans.
- Participation in the preparation of tender documents, the evaluation of applications, the supervision of construction management, the inspection of construction work and the billing of district construction projects.
- The technical plan review in accordance with Art. 5 of the Bavarian Building Regulations for the green organization of construction measures.
- Technical advice and review of municipal bylaws in the area of green space planning, e.g. tree protection ordinances, cemetery bylaws, green space bylaws.
