Farewell to departing district councillors

District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. The last district council meeting of the 2020 to 2026 term of office was marked by farewells. Not only District Administrator Josef Niedermaier is leaving office, but several district councillors will also no longer be members of the district council in the next term of office. The District Administrator thanked them for their work and personally presented them with a small gift.

Reiner Berchtold was a member of the committee for the longest time. He was involved in district politics for a proud 30 years, Josef Janker was in the district council for 24 years and Michael Grasl for 18 years.

Alois Bauer, Nikolaus Mair, Birgitta Opitz, Barbara Schwendtner and Konrad Specker were members of the committee for 12 years and Mechthild Felsch for eleven years. Dr. Franz Hartmann was a district councillor for nine years (not pictured).

Edmund Häner, Maria Demmel, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Goymann, Wolfgang Morlang, Maria Urban, Hans Urban (not pictured) and Wolfgang Werner were members for one term of office. Dr. René Mühlberger and Alexander Müllejans were members for five years, Christian Schneeweiß for two years and Heinrich Bauer for two district council sessions.
