Press invitation RoSi comes to the Jachenau: main prize of the primary school competition is redeemed

Ladies and gentlemen of the media,

A special experience awaits the pupils of the Ferdinand Feldigl Primary School in Jachenau: The main prize of the primary school competition "Fit for school, fit for the future!" is the RoSi rolling S-Bahn simulator, which will be coming to the school on Tuesday, April 21.

The school was the most successful school in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen in the competition, which was held for the first time, and was also the front-runner among all participating schools in the MVV network districts. The competition motivated children in grades 1 to 4 to make their way to school as often as possible on foot, by bike, scooter or bus, thus contributing to active and climate-friendly mobility. In the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen alone, more than 2,500 children took part and together covered over 25,000 sustainable routes to school.

By visiting the RoSi, the pupils from Jachenau have the opportunity to try out for themselves what it feels like to drive an S-Bahn train. In the RoSi there is a control panel that is true to the original, just like in the driver's cabs of the Munich S-Bahn.
