Certified e-coach for the Tölzer Land region
Free digital advice for hosts, cultural and leisure businesses
Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district. Holger Lortz from Tölzer Land Tourismus is now a certified E-Couch Master and as such provides free support to hosts and cultural and leisure businesses in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district. He was awarded the e-coach certification during the trade visitor day at the recent f.re.e vacation and leisure trade fair. The event recognized his successful participation in the practice-oriented training course at the "E-Coach Academy 3.0" of Tourismus Oberbayern München e.V.
The multi-stage training to become an e-coach is part of the "Oberbayern Echt digital" qualification offensive of the Upper Bavarian tourism organization. Lortz took part in the first training course back in 2018 and has been advising landlords in the Tölzer Land region ever since. After a further advanced seminar to become an e-coach expert, he then went on to qualify as an "e-coach master" over two semesters.
As ambassadors of the digitization campaign "Oberbayern -Echt digital" of Tourismus Oberbayern München e.V., the certified e-coaches make tourism partners fit for the digital future: they accompany and advise hosts, cultural and leisure businesses on site on digital topics such as websites, social media, online bookability, visibility, AI and much more.
The first step is the "digital check", which determines the level of digitalization in the company. For example, the company's own website, online sales, search engine marketing, social media marketing, but also internal (digital) processes in the respective company are examined. Based on the results of the strengths and weaknesses analysis, the e-coach can then identify development potential and provide individual tips and recommendations for action.
The advice provided by the certified e-coaches is free of charge for tourism businesses in Upper Bavaria. For the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, the e-coach supports the hosts and cultural and leisure businesses of the Tölzer Land tourism staff with his expert knowledge as a digitalization consultant. Appointments can be arranged online with Mr. Lortz. Hosts who already use the web client of the feratel information and reservation system can also contact the Tölzer Land e-coach via this system in selected locations.
