District presents itself at the leisure and travel trade fair f.re.e
District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen/Munich. The district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, Tölzer Land Tourismus and ÖPNV Marketing are looking forward to welcoming many visitors to the Upper Bavaria stand at the f.re.e trade fair in Munich until February 22, 2026. Among other things, delicious herb samples and an interactive knowledge quiz on mobility will be on offer.
Throughout the five days of the fair, Tölzer Land Tourismus will be providing information at the Upper Bavaria stand in hall A5 (stand no. 501) in cooperation with the district's public transport marketing department, the municipality of Bad Heilbrunn and the town of Wolfratshausen about nature-oriented and family-friendly vacation and leisure ideas in our region, which are also easily accessible by bus and train.
Today, Wednesday, February 18, the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen will be presenting itself together with the Munich Transport and Tariff Association (MVV) at the MVV stand. The focus will be on the attractive public transport offers for leisure and excursions in the district. Among other things, the new Alpenbus and the popular MVV tours will be presented - from the monastery tour to the museum tour and the beer garden tour. Visitors can find out about environmentally friendly and convenient travel options on site and test their knowledge in the interactive MVV quiz on tablets. Attractive prizes such as MVV vouchers are up for grabs.
On Thursday, February 19, the Bad Heilbrunn guest information office will present its leisure and herbal program for 2026 and cordially invites visitors to prepare their own herbal salt at the stand.
A highlight on the Bavaria Stage in Hall 5 will be the Upper Bavaria Day on Saturday, February 21: Herbal educator Babsi Taibon from Lenggries will show what the Tölzer Land herbal experience region tastes like with selected samples: The herbal expert from the Isarwinkel region will reveal, for example, how she prepares energy balls with edible flowers and seeds in her herbal workshop, what an "oxymel" is and which "secret ingredients" she likes to add to the honey-vinegar elixir.
On this day, visitors to the Tölzer Land stand at the Tourist Info Wolfratshausen can find out about culture, nature and enjoyment between the Isar and Loisach rivers. There will also be a knowledge quiz with prizes from the rafting town to be won (participation from the age of 18).
