"Check your house" renovation campaign: secure the last places now!

Königsdorf/Eurasburg. As part of the "Check your house" campaign, the district is offering free energy consultations to citizens in the municipalities of Königsdorf and Eurasburg. As part of this special campaign, which is being organized in cooperation with the Bavarian Consumer Advice Centre, a total of 80 free on-site energy consultations are being offered. A qualified and independent energy consultant from the Bavarian Consumer Advice Center comes to the home of those seeking advice and analyzes the energy situation of the house or apartment. All private owners of a house or apartment in the area of the municipality of Königsdorf and the municipality of Eurasburg can register until February 13.

After the successful kick-off event in mid-January, it was clear that interest in the topic of "energy" is high. The event kicked off with a practical presentation by Andreas Scharli, who highlighted typical energy weaknesses in residential buildings. He clearly explained how heating energy and costs can be saved through targeted insulation, more efficient windows or adapting usage behavior. A thermal imaging walk also took place. The house of one of the participants and the school in Königsdorf were examined with the help of thermal imaging. The images made it clear where heat losses occur and provided a good opportunity for a lively discussion.

A total of 80 on-site consultations are offered as part of the campaign. A visit lasts approx. 1 to 2 hours. A short report with the results and recommendations for action is then drawn up. This offer normally costs a personal contribution of 40 euros and is regularly available to all residents of the district. As part of the "Check Dein Haus" campaign, the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen pays this fee for 40 consultations per municipality.

You can register for the "Check your house" campaign by contacting Felix Schreiber at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office by e-mail at klimaschutz@lra-toelz.de or by telephone on 08041 505-632.

By registering, you agree that your address and contact details will be passed on to the Bavarian Consumer Advice Center and the energy consultants involved for the purpose of arranging appointments and advice. After registration, those seeking advice will then be contacted by the energy consultant to arrange a specific appointment.

The energy advice provided by the consumer advice center is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
