Five young professionals are beginning their apprenticeships at the county administration office

District Administrator Welcomes Four Trainees and One Civil Service Candidate as Their Training Begins

Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District. On September 1, five new trainees began their training at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office. Four trainees are starting their three-year training programs to become administrative clerks, while another trainee is beginning her two-year training program for the second qualification level.

Paula Kirchberger from Waakirchen, Benedikt Ortner from Wolfratshausen, Lilly Reiner from Icking, and Leonie Rinshofer from Bad Tölz have begun their training as administrative assistants. Franziska Watscheder from Reichersbeuern is a second-level civil service trainee and is working toward the title of administrative specialist.

District Administrator Ludwig Schmid personally greeted the new employees on their first day of work and warmly welcomed them to the district administration office. “I’m delighted that you’ve chosen to pursue an apprenticeship with us. He always encourages young people to ask questions, because only those who ask get answers. Show interest, and the apprenticeship will be much more enjoyable—not only for you, but also for your instructor,” said the district administrator.

During their training, the young professionals become familiar with the various responsibilities and departments of the district administration office. In addition to on-the-job training at the office, the program also includes classes at the relevant educational institutions for the trainees and the civil service candidate.

To kick things off, the county administrator wished the five new recruits much joy and success in their training, interesting experiences, and a smooth start to this new chapter in their professional lives.

This fall, the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office will hire a total of 17 trainees and candidates in the following training programs: administrative assistant, administrative officer (civil service career track, Level 2), and graduate administrative officer (civil service career, Level 3).

With the start of the training program, the district administration is simultaneously focusing on recruiting its own future workforce and ensuring a long-term supply of qualified professionals for public administration.
