4. purposes and legal bases of data processing
Your data is collected as part of the "Family support points" project to record the number of family education facilities in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen and to determine the need for the establishment of additional family support points.
Your data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter e GDPR in conjunction with Section 16 Social Code (SGB) - Eighth Book (VIII) and Section 8 Registration Data Ordinance (MeldDV).
5. categories of personal data that are processed
The public body processes the following personal data about you: Surname, maiden name, first names, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Data is processed that is made available to the Youth Welfare Office by the persons concerned or is publicly accessible (e.g. Internet) and/or is transmitted by the registration offices to fulfill the tasks of the Youth Welfare Office.
7. recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties but will only be processed by employees of the Office for Young People and Families.

Does not take place.
9. duration of the storage of personal data
The data will be stored until the end of the survey in September 2022.
10. rights of data subjects
You have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). If you have consented to data processing or a contract for data processing exists and the data agreement is carried out using automated procedures, you have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, the public authority will check whether the legal requirements for this are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection.
