When planning a school trip:

A school field trip must be applied for by the teacher to the school management by submitting

• of the application for approval of a business trip (R001 Approval application),
• the calculation aid (the school receives an updated template from the education authority each year) and
• the approval of the Parents' Council .

After completion of the journey:

For the settlement of school trips, teachers submit the application for reimbursement (R010 Application for reimbursement of travel expenses) together with the approval of the business trip by the school management directly to the State Office of Finance.

The State Office of Finance requests the submission of supporting documents.

We kindly ask you to submit the refund applications to the State Finance Office immediately after your return. All claims expire after 6 months. Each teacher or accompanying person must submit a separate claim.

Please report your occupational accident in writing to the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen State Education Authority within 2 weeks.
