Players in school inclusion in the Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen school district

Representative for inclusive teaching and school development (BiUSE)
The consultants for inclusive teaching and school development (BiUSE) support primary and secondary schools in improving the quality of inclusive teaching and inclusive schools. They support the inclusive development processes of individual schools as well as inclusive development in two cooperating school districts.
BiUSE professionally advise and support the inclusive change processes of individual schools, education networks and at school authority level. They act with the aim of empowerment, initiate initiatives, accompany developments and provide feedback on key issues on the basis of a critical and constructive view and an appreciative and positive attitude. To this end, they are familiar with the inclusive landscape in the cooperating school districts and are also well networked beyond this.
In a further step, they support the development of school districts into an inclusive, regional educational landscape. To this end, they contribute their experience and expertise, network and shape cooperation between schools and with the relevant institutions from practice and science. They do this in a participatory way that also does justice to their role as specialist advisors based at the school authority
