Ordinances Division 31 - Water and Soil
On this page, you will find the regulations in effect in the district regarding public use of waterways, such as boating on the Isar and diving in the district’s lakes. These regulations govern the exercise of public use for the benefit of all and to protect the water bodies as well as the flora and fauna. You will also find regulations regarding the submission of application documents for water law permits and water use.

This regulates the form and scope of applications in the water law procedure
(1) Projects for which a water law procedure is to be carried out shall be presented in plans and enclosures (documents) in such a way that the project itself and its effects, in particular on the water balance, water characteristics, the status of water bodies and other environmental areas, are evident.
