Municipal building construction; information on renovation planning

The building construction department is responsible for the management of properties (e.g. school buildings, building yards and office buildings).

The tasks may also include ongoing building maintenance, possibly by the company's own staff, as well as the planning, tendering and construction supervision of conversion and renovation measures by companies.

Larger renovation and new construction projects can be awarded to architectural firms and corresponding specialist engineering firms. Here, the building construction administration can take over the client representation and project management of the respective measures.
