Hospital hygiene; advice and monitoring

Hospitals, preventive and rehabilitation facilities, facilities for outpatient surgery, dialysis facilities, day clinics and maternity facilities in particular are subject to infection hygiene monitoring by the public health authorities. This monitoring is usually carried out by the responsible health authority with the involvement of the district government and experts from the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety.
