The IT user service supports users and applications from a technical IT perspective. It supports the authority's employees with hardware and software problems. Assistance can be provided on site, by telephone or with the help of technical devices and software (e.g. remote maintenance). The user service can also train employees in the operation of IT equipment and the handling of procedures.
