Fire department; examination and forwarding of deployment reports
Brief description
The fire departments compile operational reports on every firefighting and technical assistance operation.
Description
The volunteer fire departments and compulsory fire departments in the districts submit a deployment report to the district fire officer on every deployment in defensive fire protection and technical assistance services. False alarms, malicious alarms and security watches must also be reported. The web-based incident follow-up is used for this purpose. The plant fire departments report in the same form to the district fire officer, the management of the professional fire department or the city fire officer.
The district fire councils, the heads of the professional fire departments and the city fire councils ensure for their respective areas of responsibility that the deployment reports recorded in the web-based deployment follow-up via the integrated control centers are checked for plausibility, completeness and signatures and report this to the governments.
The governments check whether the notifications for deployment reports from their area of responsibility are available and check the reports for plausibility, completeness and signatures and report this to the State Ministry of the Interior and for Integration.
Deadlines
The district fire councils, the heads of the professional fire departments and the city fire councils review the deployment reports by February 15 of the following year at the latest and report this to the government.
The governments examine the reports and notify the State Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Integration by March 1 at the latest.
