Brief description
The health authorities advise sick people, people with disabilities and those at risk of disability on which persons, institutions and agencies they can obtain further help from.
Description
As part of this advisory service, you will receive information about legal help, self-help groups, educational and leisure activities. If necessary, you will be referred to appropriate specialist services or specialist advice. The health department also provides advice on family and personal issues related to the disability.
Special information for - District of Bad Tölz WolfratshausenIn addition to the advisory function of the Health Department, the Office for Inclusion Planning & Design of the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office performs a pilot function.
The office provides information on rehabilitation and service providers, advice centers and the service structure in the district.

Children, adolescents and young adults with (impending) mental, physical and/or intellectual disabilities as well as their parents or legal guardians are entitled to advice, guidance and support from a procedural guide in accordance with Section 10b (1) SGB VIII.
The procedure pilot at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen Office for Youth and Family provides specific advice on possible integration assistance benefits, legal and benefit entitlements, as well as on the procedures for granting benefits in accordance with SGB VIII and SGB IX. It also helps with clarifying responsibilities and finding the right contacts.
