Brief description
Local health authorities (public health departments) advise sick people, people with disabilities, and those at risk of disability on which individuals, facilities, and agencies can provide them with further assistance.
Description
Through this counseling service, you will receive guidance and information on care and support options, self-help groups, and educational and recreational activities. If necessary, we will refer you to appropriate specialized services or expert counseling.
Special information for the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen districtIn addition to the advisory function of the Health Department, the Office for Inclusion Planning & Design of the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office performs a pilot function.
The office provides information on rehabilitation and service providers, advice centers and the service structure in the district.

Children, adolescents and young adults with (impending) mental, physical and/or intellectual disabilities as well as their parents or legal guardians are entitled to advice, guidance and support from a procedural guide in accordance with Section 10b (1) SGB VIII.
The procedure pilot at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen Office for Youth and Family provides specific advice on possible integration assistance benefits, legal and benefit entitlements, as well as on the procedures for granting benefits in accordance with SGB VIII and SGB IX. It also helps with clarifying responsibilities and finding the right contacts.
