Exceptions are possible in special individual cases to avoid hardship. The driving license authorities in the district administrative authorities are responsible for granting exceptions relating to the driving license.Description
The driving license authorities in the district offices and independent cities are also responsible for granting exemptions from the Driving License Ordinance (FeV).
An exception can only be considered if there are exceptional circumstances that constitute an unreasonable hardship in the individual case.
