The Assistance, Maintenance Advice and Notarization department advises and supports mothers/fathers and young adults, if necessary as an advisor, in establishing paternity and asserting child and care maintenance.
He notarizes acknowledgments of paternity, maintenance obligations and declarations of custody. He keeps a custody register and confirms the sole custody rights of unmarried mothers (negative certificate/negative certificate).
