Guardianships and trusteeships

The Guardianship and Guardianship department is responsible for managing statutory and family court-ordered official guardianships and supplementary guardianships for minors. In particular, it is also responsible for unaccompanied minor foreigners (umA), as well as for advising, coordinating and acquiring private, voluntary guardians and supplementary guardians.
