The energy caravan comes to Lenggries

Registration until June 13

District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. Following the successful campaign in the municipality of Kochel am See last fall, this time the district is offering free energy consultations to the citizens of the municipality of Lenggries as part of the energy caravan. As part of this special campaign, which is being organized in cooperation with the Bavarian Consumer Advice Centre, a total of 100 free on-site energy consultations are being offered. A qualified and independent energy consultant from the Bavarian Consumer Advice Center will come to the home of those seeking advice and analyze the energy situation of the house or apartment. All private owners of a house or apartment in the area of the municipality of Lenggries can register now. The deadline for registration is June 13, 2025.

Whether you are renovating an old building or planning a new one, a lot needs to be taken into account during implementation. It's not just about meeting legal requirements, such as those in the Building Energy Act (GEG), but also about supplying your property with electricity and heat cost-effectively and sustainably in the long term. Effective refurbishment can significantly reduce energy consumption. Fully refurbished buildings consume on average 52 percent less energy than before the refurbishment. In addition to energy efficiency, aspects such as accessibility, security and burglary protection can be realized at the same time. An energy consultation can help to obtain an overview of the requirements and create an individual renovation roadmap.

As part of the on-site energy check, the energy consultant takes a look at the heating system and the building envelope of the house. The visit lasts approx. 1 to 2 hours. This is followed by a short report with the results and recommendations for action. This offer normally costs 40 euros and is regularly available to all residents of the district. In the case of the "Energy Caravan" campaign, the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen pays this personal contribution as part of the special campaign for 100 consultations.

All private owners whose property is located in the municipality of Lenggries can register from now until June 13, 2025. To register, please contact the climate protection management of the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen on 08041 505 632 or send an email to klimaschutz@lra-toelz.de. By registering, you agree that your address and contact details will be passed on to the Bavarian Consumer Advice Center and the participating energy consultants for the purpose of arranging appointments and advice. After registration, those seeking advice will then be contacted by the energy consultant to arrange a specific appointment.

The energy advice provided by the consumer advice center is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
