Climate Spring 2026 - just do it!

Events can still be submitted until January 18

District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. The hot phase for registering events for the Climate Spring 2026 is underway. This year's motto "Just do it!" is deliberately ambiguous: it emphasizes the importance and urgency of taking action and contains a clear message to event organizers to make it (easier) for themselves, for example by planning events in cooperation. Local networking campaigns have already taken place in some towns. Contact persons are the respective climate protection management offices on site and in the districts.

"The many different event formats and approaches are once again an inspiration and enrichment for the entire Oberland region every Climate Spring. We look forward to many great submissions!", says Josef Niedermaier, District Administrator of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.

The Bürgerstiftung Energiewende Oberland (EWO) is coordinating the cooperation between the districts and providing support with the joint promotion of the events. "We already have some exciting event registrations for what is now the fifth Climate Spring - but we also still have some offers and requests for cooperation," says Felix Schneider from EWO.

In principle, non-profit organizations as well as companies or private individuals can submit events by 18 January 2026 at the latest. All information, a cooperation and networking list and the application form can be found at www.klimafruehling.com. You can also subscribe to the newsletter here.
