Registration for new child daycare courses underway

District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. The Office for Youth and Family at the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office is offering a shortened qualification course for child day care workers from January 23 to 25, 2026. The course is aimed at people with completed pedagogical vocational training/studies.

In addition to the legal and district guidelines, the content also includes child protection and information on taxes and insurance. You could later work as a childminder at home or in a large daycare facility. The qualification is carried out by the Office for Youth and Family and is the prerequisite for a care permit, which is mandatory from the first daycare child.
