Five new members of the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact

19 companies from the district are part of the environmental and climate pact

District of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. Five companies from the district have recently joined the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact. The new members are Mentel & Mentel in Lenggries, teamwerk in Münsing, Seehotel Grauer Bär and Dorst Technologies in Kochel and Sparkasse Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen in Bad Tölz. With corporate environmental protection measures that go beyond the legal requirements, they are committed to the environment in a responsible and sustainable manner.

The Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact is based on voluntary action, cooperation and individual responsibility. It brings the state and business together to implement environmental protection and climate action above and beyond legal obligations - with a focus on energy, resources, biodiversity and innovative technologies. For companies, it offers practical support, image enhancement and cost benefits. In future, companies will be allowed to use the logo of the Bavarian Environmental Climate Pact for advertising purposes and will also have access to a range of specialist information from the Infozentrum Umwelt Wirtschaft (IZU), Rohstoffffizienzzentrum Bayern (REZ) and the partners vbw, BIHK and Bayerischer Handwerkstag.

To date, there are over 1,500 participating businesses in Bavaria, and 19 in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.
