4. purposes and legal bases of data processing

Your data is collected to coordinate the care of war refugees from Ukraine. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (e) GDPR in conjunction with Art. Art. 4 of the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG).

5. recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data

Your personal data will be processed internally by the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office. Your data may be passed on to public authorities and aid organizations. These are exclusively bodies that are officially involved in the care measures for war refugees, including cities and municipalities, Caritas, Bavarian Red Cross, youth welfare organizations, etc.

7. duration of the storage of personal data

Your data will be stored temporarily for as long as required for the above-mentioned purpose. Your data will be deleted when the special aid measures for Ukrainian refugees end. If you request earlier deletion of the data, this will be done in accordance with your wishes.

8. rights of data subjects

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). If you have consented to data processing or a contract for data processing exists and the data agreement is carried out using automated procedures, you may have a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). If you have consented to the processing and the processing is based on this consent, you can revoke your consent at any time for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, the public authority will check whether the legal requirements for this are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection.
