Declaration on accessibility

The Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office strives to make its websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the Bavarian Digital Ordinance (Bayerische Digitalverordnung - BayDiV).

As a public body within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we endeavor to make our websites accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

There is currently no sign language video on this website, but this will be integrated shortly. We are continuously working on making our website accessible and rectifying existing shortcomings. Deficiencies will be successively remedied, here the exception due to disproportionate burden according to Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 is temporarily invoked.
This website is partially compatible with the requirements of the Bavarian Ordinance on Digitization (Bayerische Digital-Verordnung - BayDiV) due to the following incompatibilities.

    foreign words are not yet marked.
  • Provision of the written form or explanation of an abbreviation
    We endeavor to provide information that is necessary for the understanding of abbreviations or this is usually done in the documents themselves.
  • Some non-text content does not have a meaningful alternative text or is not output by screen readers.
  • In some cases, information, structures and relationships are not identifiable
  • A sensible reading sequence is interrupted by the output of submenus
  • Sign language video missing
  • Third-party content, imports via interfaces, subsequent use in the context of OZG implementations
