On 25.02.2026, the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office issued a decision under file number SG 54/40/19133 withdrawing the approval of benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG) for Mr. Abdul Wares BAREKZAI from 01.12.2024 and reclaiming the excess benefits paid out in December 2024.
