Inclusion planning & design

The Office for Inclusion Planning & Design of the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen District Office assumes a pilot function. It provides information on advice centers, rehabilitation and service providers and the service structure in the district.

Following a decision by the district council, the inclusion planning department was commissioned to develop a comprehensive inclusion strategy for the district, which was officially adopted in 2024.
This strategy is an important building block for the long-term and sustainable implementation of inclusion in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. It provides a clear overview of the existing infrastructure, identifies barriers and outlines specific fields of action and initial steps. It thus serves as a valuable guide for all stakeholders in the district as to how they can contribute to a more inclusive society within the scope of their responsibilities and possibilities. The strategy is also an important decision-making basis for politicians and administrators in the further development of participation opportunities in the district.

In order to further strengthen and expand opportunities for participation, the Inclusion Planning & Design department offers support to all interested stakeholders. This is done as far as possible, for example through project support, information dissemination, public relations work and networking.

The complete inclusion strategy, its quintessence and a version in plain language are available under the " Inclusion strategy" menu item. Here you will also find useful information (e.g. toolbox, structural statistics SGB IX) for local implementation.

Inclusion Planning & Design also puts people in touch with volunteer housing advisors who come directly to the district's citizens' homes and advise them free of charge according to their individual needs.
Further details on this and other advisory services as well as on barrier-free housing can be found under the service
